This Privacy Policy explains how Warrior App ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Warrior App application and connected services.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (such as your name and email), the coaching content and actions you create in the app, and usage data needed to operate the service. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access calendar data as described below.
Google user data & Limited Use
If you connect your Google Account, Warrior App requests access to your Google Calendar (the calendar.events scope) solely to: (1) create and update calendar events for the commitments and actions you schedule in the app, and (2) read your calendar to help you plan and protect your time.
Warrior App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the features you enable. We do not transfer this data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger with your consent.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within the app, which revokes Warrior App's access to your calendar data. You may also revoke access at your Google Account permissions page.
How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the app's coaching, scheduling, and accountability features, and to communicate with you about the service.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
